Mal Person wrote about a promotion involving the Aluma Wallet on her website.  In it, she discusses a limited edition Pink Aluma Wallet as depicted on this promotion.  According to Mal, regardless of product purchase, they are “donating $50,000 to the Breast Cancer Research Foundation.”

“In more than 50 years, I’ve had my share of wallets, money clips and money organizers” says a reviewer of the Aluma Wallet from East Fork Treasure.  “Recently, I came across the Aluma wallet, and found detailed Aluma wallet reviews online. Aluma Wallet was originally available only in 4 colors: Red, Blue, Black and Silver. A fifth color, Pink, is now available for the Aluma Wallet.

Aluma Wallet donated $50,000 to the Breast Cancer Research Foundation. The Breast Cancer Research Foundation is dedicated to preventing breast cancer and finding a cure in our lifetime by funding clinical and translational research worldwide.

Reporter Terry McFadden – from NBC’s WNDU 16 in South Bend, IN – recently reviewed the Aluma Wallet.

“A new type of billfold is growing in popularity” the review begins.  “It is called the Aluma Wallet….”

McFadden then gives the AlumaWallet their “As Seen On TV” test.  They first test the push opening and its’ convenient accordion file design.  Then they test the waterproof nature of the Aluma Wallet and even test its’ nearly indestructible nature by running over the AlumaWallet three times with an automobile.

McFadden’s conclusion is positive.  “Aluma Wallet is definitely money in the bank and gets the thumbs up.”

He goes on to wonder what his grandmother would think is she saw the Aluma Wallet.  “… I catch myself thinking, ‘If she was still around today, she would probably buy me an Aluma Wallet.’  It wouldn’t be the aluminum that would catch her attention…and it wouldn’t be that it claims to be water-resistent, it’s that it protects against RFID theft.  She wouldn’t know what RFID is, but if it protects me, she’s buying it.”

“Not Sully” continues his review by discussing RFID and remarking on the “good news” that there was no reports of “…someone say[ing] they suffered RFID theft while using Aluma Wallet.”

Writing for As Seen on TV Frenzies Jessica reminds us that we live “in a new age of technology.”  This fascinating age provides us with both promises and challenges.

One current challenge is keeping credit cards with RFID chips safe from identity theft.  Jenny remarks:  “According to the As Seen On TV infomercial, the Aluma Wallet not only stores your personal items securely, but it keeps your credit cards safe from intruders as well.
